Strategic Planning
As organizations and programs grow and conditions change, re-evaluations of what they want to accomplish and how they can best achieve their goals are critical. We have produced a wide range of plans for a variety of nonprofit and government clients, each tailored to their specific interests and needs.
A few examples include a 5-year strategic plan for the Lake Placid Land Conservancy, a 6-year action agenda for the New York State Hudson River Estuary Program, and a 3-year internal plan for Audubon International.
